Fired after a contact form or landing page submission has been saved, carrying the resulting contact request. Raised by ContactFormService once the submitted contact request is persisted, and dispatched to the funnel manager so that ContactFormGoal trigger nodes can match against it. The event's organisation is taken from the page the form was submitted on, and its triggered goal type is ContactFormGoal.
