Renders an HTML page for a content item from a configurable page template path. Registered against a content type as the "pageHtmlTemplate" XStream alias, and built by AssetViewsBuilder.pageTemplateView(String) when a content type's default view or a path mapping needs to render a specific page rather than the platform's default form. At render time it delegates to HtmlTemplater to write the configured page path for the current resource.
