Fluent builder for constructing and persisting a new RewardCategory. Configure the name and title with the setter methods, then call build to validate and save the category. Obtained from PromotionsManager.newRewardCategoryBuilder.

Sets the unique name of the reward category being built.

Returns: RewardCategory
Validates and persists the configured reward category. Fails if the name or title is blank, or if a reward category with the same name already exists in the current tenant organisation.
