Collects a metric time series a bucket at a time, so a script can stream histogram buckets in without building Java collections itself. Obtained from AnomalyManager.newSeriesBuilder, filled by chaining add calls, and finished with build to get the list of data points to evaluate.

Returns: SeriesBuilder
Appends one bucket to the series being collected.

date | the first instant of the bucket. Must not be null |
value | the aggregated value. Null counts as zero, since an absent bucket in a histogram means nothing happened rather than nothing is known |
size()
Returns: int
How many buckets have been collected so far.
build()
Returns: List<AnomalyDataPoint>
Finishes collecting and returns the series built so far.
