TemporalParser backed directly by a java.time.DateTimeFormatter, used for the built-in ISO and RFC formats that do not need a locale-specific numeric pattern. Formats a ZonedDateTime as a second-precision ISO instant string, and is never the locale default for either date-only or date-time output.
