Represents a single folder of saved spreadsheets, scoped to a path under the tenant's spreadsheets tree. Obtained from TableUploadManager.findDir or as a child of another TableDir, it offers the same find, search and persist operations as TableUploadManager but pre-scoped to this folder, saving the caller from having to build up child paths by hand.
