Collects the data needed to post a comment onto an organisation's or profile's wall: the target entity, the comment text or a triggering ShareableItemEvent, and any file attachments. Obtained from ForumManager.newWallPostBuilder, built up fluently with the withX methods and newFile, then passed to ForumManager.processWallPost to create the Comment.
