Found a bug?

If you can see something that isnt working correctly please use the Report a bug form below.

This will create a support ticket and our team will review and confirm the issue, and you'll be notified when an update is available.

There is no charge for this work.

 

Ask Kademi to assist with importing data, editing content, creating customisations, or just about anything else. Please provide as much detail as you can, and we'll get back to you to confirm the requirements and cost before proceeding.  

Please attach any files relevant to the task and ensure you include a link to the admin console screen you are using.

Please provide as much information as you can. At a minimum we need to know:

  • the address of the page where you saw the problem (ie the URL)
  • which user account (if any) to use to see the problem
  • a description of the problem you saw. Screenshots are really helpful, and can be attached below
  • how urgent the issue is
